About

What I actually do

I build partner-led growth for fintechs. That means sourcing the counterparties who already have the audience you need, structuring a deal that is worth their while, launching it properly, and proving the number afterwards. Very few people do all four, which is why most partnership programmes stall somewhere between the handshake and the invoice.

Across Raenest, Kuda, OurPass and Binance I have secured 600+ partnerships and taken 10 payments products to market, from stablecoin rails and multi-currency accounts to dollar cards and loyalty programmes. That work has included successful co-marketing campaigns for fintechs looking to drive product-led growth through collaborations with brands such as Visa, Mastercard, Adidas, Solana and Upwork. At OurPass I cut onboarding drop-off from 70% to 37% using product education rather than paid spend, and at Raenest I initiated the Perks programme and personally secured its 20 launch brands.

My first degree is in international law and diplomacy. It is the reason I read the contract before the deck, and the reason I am usually the person in the room asking how attribution will actually be measured.

I hold an MSc in Digital Marketing with Distinction from the University of Northampton. My research examined how agentic AI is reshaping marketing partnerships in fintech, based on interviews with practitioners. The finding that surprised me most: in 2026, partner ROI tracking is still overwhelmingly manual, and practitioners rate technology's current impact on their partnership processes at 4 out of 10.

What I do

How I create value

🤝

Partnership programmes that pay

Sourcing, structuring and negotiating partnerships with banks, card schemes, PSPs and enterprise brands, built around an attribution model agreed before launch rather than argued about after it.

📈

Growth without ad spend

Partner-led and community-led acquisition for payments and digital products, from launch strategy through to retention. Built for teams whose CAC is rising faster than their revenue.

🌐

Zero to one partnership functions

Standing up a partnerships function from nothing: target list, deal templates, commercial models, and the first three signed agreements.

Keynotes and in-house workshops

Talks and half-day sessions on partner-led growth, deal structuring, cross-border payments, and what agentic AI is actually doing to partnership work.

Questions

Before you get in touch

What is partner-led growth?

Partner-led growth is the practice of using partnerships, ecosystems and communities as the primary acquisition and revenue channel instead of paid advertising. It depends on three things most programmes get wrong: a commercial model both sides genuinely benefit from, an attribution method agreed before launch rather than argued about after it, and a review trigger written into the agreement.

Which fintechs have you worked with?

Raenest, Kuda, OurPass Business Bank, and Bundle Africa, the Binance-backed payments and wallet product. The work has spanned Europe, Africa, the US and Asia, across banking, cards, cross-border payments and stablecoins.

What is your research on agentic AI in fintech partnerships?

For my MSc at the University of Northampton I interviewed fintech marketing practitioners about agentic AI in partnership work, framed through the Technology Acceptance Model and Diffusion of Innovation. Partner ROI tracking is still overwhelmingly manual, practitioners rate technology's current impact on their partnership processes at 4 out of 10, and team readiness averaged 6.8 out of 10. Most would adopt agentic AI if it were affordable and context-appropriate. The blocker is trust, not capability.

Where are you based, and do you speak at UK events?

I am based in London and speak at fintech events across the UK, including London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds and Cambridge. UK bookings carry no long-haul travel cost and can usually be confirmed at short notice. I am the closing keynote speaker at FinTech Connect 2026 at ExCeL London.

What do you speak about, and can I book you?

Partner-led growth, deal structuring in fintech, cross-border payments and stablecoins, and what agentic AI is actually doing to partnership work. I am based in London and speak across the UK, and I travel internationally for keynotes, workshops and panels in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the US and Asia. I also deliver virtually. Fees start from £2,500 plus travel, and every enquiry starts with a free 20-minute call. Get in touch.

Do you take on advisory work?

Yes, in two forms: a half-day in-house workshop with a partnerships, growth or marketing team, or a four-week partnership strategy sprint that takes you from diagnostic to your first three structured deals. See how that works.
